Dr. Aamir has a diverse background with international experience in HRM, marketing and engineering. Presently, he is the most accomplished person in Pakistan in the field of HRM. He received his PhD from the University of Texas at Austin, USA where he undertook research in corporate restructure and management of change. In addition, he has an MBA from the same institution along with a BE in Aerospace Engineering from NED University. He is also a member of the US-based Society of Human Resource Professionals. He has worked with internationally renowned organizations like Halliburton USA, AT&T USA, Tri-Net Systems USA & Citibank N.A. Pakistan, in the fields of Organizational Development & Marketing. His multi-dimensional professional experience in the fields of engineering, telecommunication, oil & gas and banking sectors gives him unique insight in the practical and operational aspects of individual assignments. A world renowned HR consultant, he is based in Islamabad and specializes in corporate restructure covering various aspects of organizational development such as job analysis, competency modeling, business process re-engineering, training & development and HR policies. He is currently consulting with organizations like OGDCL, UN, European Union, PTCL & Areeba Telecom (Afghanistan).
Dr. Aamir’s research on various HR & Marketing issues has been published in several journals of international repute.He has also represented the Pakistan Basketball Team in the World Championships in Sacramento, California. Beside this, he is a keen adventure-sportsman. His interests include trekking, para-gliding, sailing, skiing, and camping.

He presented his Second research paper on Ethics Based Change Management Model in the South Asian International Conference 2008 (by Academy of Global Business Advancement - AGBA) and third paper entitled 'Adding Intrapreneurial Role in HR Business Partner Model' in Applied Business Research Conference 2009. Recently He presented His fourth Research paper 'Introducing A new HR Model' in South Asian International Conference 2010 (by AGBA). Jibran has been teaching as a visiting faculty member to Masters level students at Punjab University, as well as he is also the Lead Instructor for 4 Months Certifications Course 'Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRMP)' where he facilitates HR Professionals to gain more in-depth knowledge and insights into HR Functions and made them aware of the New Approaches in the field.
