3 Days Training Workshop on “Mastering the Art of Entrepreneurship”
“Highly Keen” Successfully Conducted a 3 Days Training Workshop on “Mastering the Art of Entrepreneurship” from 16 to 18^th April, 2009. The trainer of workshop was Mr. Jibran Bashir; the Chief Executive Officer of Highly Keen. A total of 22 Participants attended the training. The Bunch of Registered participants included CEOs, COOs, CFOs from Relax Solutions (FSD), Al - Moiz Industries, Bunnys, Packages etc; Professionals from Companies

like US Apparel, WorldCall, Klash Textiles, Fasieh Associates, KPMG, Honda Point as well as Chartered Accountants (Owners of) different CA Firms. The training was conducted in collaboration with and at the auditorium of Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers Association Lahore. Mr. Shahzad Azam Khan, Chairman P.H.M.A. and Ex Minister for Labor and Human Resources joined at the Certificate Ceremony to deliver the certificates to participants and made the learning event memorable. The Certificates delivered to Participants were signed by Mr. Shahzad Azam Khan – Chairman P.H.M.A. and Mr. Jibran Bashir – CEO Highly Keen. 1 Day HR System Implementation & Awareness Training Session
“Highly Keen” Successfully Implemented the HR System Developed by Highly Keen Team at Vital Tech Engineering & Services (A 400+ Employees Company). The HR System Awareness Session for Employees was conducted on 11th April, 2009. Mr. Jibran Bashir – Lead HR Consultant at Highly Keen, delivered the Presentation and introduced the employees to newly developed HR Policies, Procedures and Documents. At the End, Jibran Bashir Presented the HR Policy Manual

and Framed Vision, Mission and Values of the Company; to its CEO Mr. Muhammad Azhar and other Members of Top Management.

2 Days In-house Training Workshop at Service Industries Ltd.
“Highly Keen” Conducted a 2 Days In-House Training Workshop “Essential Soft Skills for Workplace Success” on 8-9 April, 2009 at Service Industries Gujrat. The Participants Included Managers, Senior Supervisors and Incharges/Executives from Production, Procurement & Store, Accounts and HR Departments of Tyre & Tube and Leather Shoe Factories of Service. A Total of 23 Participants attended the Training.

“Highly Keen” in Collaboration with ROZEE.PK and University of Central Punjab Successfully Conducted a Two Days Training Workshop entitled “Recruitment & Selection” on 30-31, January, 2009.
